The Content Bureau has been a vital part of Autodesk’s world-class customer reference program since 1999. We’ve interviewed hundreds of customers; written case studies in myriad formats; and brought color to dozens of white papers, brochures, and sales presentations with the perfect customer quote. The Content Bureau structured, designed, and wrote the customer reference book for Autodesk’s Manufacturing Solutions Division (MSD), which went on to win “Best in Show” in the 2007 Northern California’s Printer’s Guild competition for its brilliant visuals and clean layout. Not only was the book strikingly beautiful, it became indispensable to Autodesk’s sales force. “The field went crazy,” says Marci Lackovic, MSD Marketing Manager. “They told me it was the single best thing marketing had ever done for them. I caught salespeople sneaking out with piles of them under their arms.” The book was so successful that Autodesk MSD asked the Content Bureau to update it the following year, and we have since produced similar books for other divisions.
