Our process is similar for each project. First, one of our lead writers ramps up quickly on your subject matter by reading, researching, and interviewing the critical content experts in your organization. Then the writer applies this knowledge to create a detailed outline or first draft, which is fine-tuned by one of CB’s stellar editors until both parties feel the piece is client-ready. Typically, only two additional drafts are required, incorporating client feedback after each draft to ensure accuracy and secure buy-in. After a final copyedit for polish, the document is ready for its audience.
